Castle Age β€” add Stable, produce Knights from both Stables

Strategy Notes

  • The 25 Pop Knight Rush is the safest and most beginner-friendly Castle Age aggressive opener. Two Stables produce Knights at a steady rate that is hard to answer without dedicated counter units.
  • Weak against: Pikemen and Camel Riders β€” these are the natural counters to Knights; Halberdiers in late game.
  • Strong against: Archer-based economies; opponents who do not produce anti-cavalry units early.

Options:

  1. Knight Flood: Keep both Stables producing Knights and add a 3rd Stable; sell resources at Market to maintain gold flow.
  2. Knights + Siege: Add a Siege Workshop and produce Mangonels or Battering Rams to break walls and force engagements.
  3. Extra Town Center: If opponent has good defenses, add a Town Center and grow economy; Knights remain as harassment while you out-develop them.

Defense Tip: Do not let resources sit idle β€” use the Market to balance excess. Continuously produce Knights and villagers simultaneously. Expand your base and add extra Town Centers as your economy grows. Watch for Pikemen massing β€” if this happens, switch to a combined arms approach rather than pure Knights.
