How to Play Saracens
Ideal opening (Dark → Castle): Begin with a single-range Archer opening in Feudal, then leverage the dirt-cheap 5% Market to fast-Castle. From there you have two strong directions — keep applying pressure with an Archer-and-Siege push, or transition into Crossbows backed by Camels to stay flexible against cavalry.
Ideal late-game composition: A practical Imperial army pairs Arbalests with Hussars for the trash backbone, though Heavy Camels with Skirmishers (or even a pure Mameluke mass) are viable swaps; round it out with Siege Onagers or Trebuchets for the siege punch.
Deathball composition (closed maps / team games): Stack Mamelukes with Siege Onagers and Trebuchets, adding a few Hussars to deal with enemy Monks.
